Recipe
For this dish the following ingredients are needed:
- meat with pits - about 700 grams;
- several fruits of potatoes (300 grams);
- fresh white cabbage (200 grams);
- Bulgarian pepper - half of a large fruit;
- 1-2 medium sized beets;
- several tomatoes (or tomato paste);
- beef or pork fat (about 40 grams);
- 1 medium carrot and onion;
- parsley root (about 40 grams);
- spoon of sugar and flour;
- a small piece of bacon (20 grams);
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- sour cream (about 50 grams);
- salt, spices, herbs.

1st step

It is necessary to cook the meat broth. After boiling, remove the skins, cook the pork for 40 minutes, beef - 1-1.5 hours. Remove meat from the broth. Put to cool. Strain the liquid and let it boil again. From the meat, remove all the bones, cut into pieces.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Put in boiling broth. Chop the cabbage and pepper. Add to potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3

- wheat flour - 3 incomplete glasses (about 550 grams);
- plain water (or milk) - 1.5 cups (300 ml);
- granulated sugar - a teaspoon (about 25 grams);
- dry yeast packaging (10-12 grams);
- chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- a piece of butter (50 grams);
- salt - half a teaspoon;
For garlic dressing:
- 1-2 heads of garlic (eight cloves);
- several spoons of vegetable oil (3-4 spoons);
- salt;
- incomplete glass of water (180 ml).

1st step
Put the flour in a bowl. Pour a bag of dry yeast to it. Stir.
Step 2
Heat milk (or water) to 36–40 degrees. Pour salt and sugar. Beat in the egg. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Melt a piece of butter. Pour into the sugar-egg mixture. Mix everything again. Gradually add flour. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Put the finished dough in the form, cover with a towel or cling film. Leave it in a warm place for an hour and a half. As the dough comes, poke it.
Step 5
After the dough fits, you need toform balls. The weight of one should be about 30-50 grams. Put them on a greased baking sheet. Leave for some time for proofing.
6th step
Beat the egg and brush the buns with a silicone brush.
7th step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a pan in it and bake. The approximate time is 15 minutes.
8th step
While preparing the pampushki, make garlic sauce. To do this, rub the garlic with salt, add vegetable oil and cold water.
9th step
Smear the buns. Serve hot soup with donuts.
