The basic recipe of this dish is quite simple. For it you will need the following:
- hearts - 1 kg;
- onions - 1-1.5 pcs .;
- butter - 25 g;
- flour - 1.3 tsp;
- sour cream - 2/3 cup;
- water - 100 ml;
- spices and salt at your discretion.
Lightly chop the finely chopped onion in butter. Add hearts to it, mix and cover. The dish will begin to stew.
The extinguishing time may be different, depending onpower burners and used dishes. On average, the process will take about 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir the mixture so that it does not burn. If the fat gets too fast, add a little butter.
As soon as the hearts darken and stoplet the red juice, dilute the flour in water and add it to the saucepan. Lumps should not remain, otherwise they will brew in gravy. Stir, add sour cream and reduce heat to medium. If the sauce seems too thick (especially when using homemade sour cream), add water or broth to the desired consistency. At the very end of cooking, add to hearts stewed in sour cream, salt and spices - as much as you like.
Add color and taste
The proposed recipe is the most popular. But you can add one or two new components to it each time to get different tastes.
