When creating electronic equipment and devicesconductive adhesive is used. It is used for mounting electronic parts of microcircuits and must have appropriate parameters for electrical and thermal resistance.
The conductive adhesive must have a small specific and thermal resistance. At the same time, its contact properties must be strong, reliable and durable.
Create stable electrical characteristicsglue can be, by introducing into its composition a powder of nickel. Sometimes palladium, silver and gold are used for these purposes. The more metal fraction in the composition of the adhesive, the better the current passage, but the contact strength will be lower.
Glue based on polymers protects the microchip from impact, vibration and constant temperature changes.
To all modern requirements is responsibleconductive adhesive "Kontactol". It consists of a viscous composition based on synthetic resins. The conductivity provides a finely dispersed silver powder. Adding various alcohol solvents to the glue, it is possible to regulate its viscosity.
Many experienced radio amateurs make conductive glue by their own hands. They know the universal compounds of glue, which you can glue resistors, transistors, microchips and radiators.
There is no big secret in this, so below, we will also consider how to make homemade conductive glue at home.
1.We take a small tube of superglue, made by Chinese masters. Open the foil packaging from the opposite side. We fall asleep there in advance prepared graphite, in an amount equal to the amount of glue. Graphite can be polished with a pencil for drawing (a simple pencil). The pencil should be soft. The resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed with a match, after which the foil packaging is closed. The conductive adhesive is ready for use.
2.You can use a graphite rod of a finger battery and the same canapon. The powder of graphite must be mixed with the capon to the density of sour cream. Such glue has excellent conductivity. It should be noted that this self-made glue restores only the tracks of television consoles.
3.This composition includes finely ground graphite and copper filings. To connect these materials, glue or varnish is used. Graphite can be extracted from the pencil lead by squeezing it. Copper sawdust is obtained by processing a piece of copper with a fine file. We connect two parts of copper sawdust and one share of graphite dust. We bind this mixture with glue. If there is no glue, you can apply cedar lacquer.
4.A universal compound with excellent conductivity and strength. We need 15 g of graphite powder, 30 g of finely divided silver, the same amount of copolymer of vinyl chloride and 32 g of purified acetone. The composition is carefully kneaded. Store glue in a glass box.
