Composition

On its basis from two sides the composition of bitumen, butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer and filler is applied. The latter also has two-sided protection (polymer film). The basis of the canvas is white polyester, which consists of individual fibers. Thanks to it, the technoelast EPP is distinguished by its high strength, resistance to high humidity and atmospheric precipitation. Compared to fiberglass, which stretches only within 2% of its size, polyester is very plastic. Therefore, it is more suitable for operation in conditions of deformations and severe loads. Technoelast EPP - biostable material. From below and from above it is covered with polyethylene film, which protects the web from gluing during transportation or storage in rolls.

Installation

Stacking of technoelast EPP is carried out withusing a gas burner using the fusing method. All work should be carried out, following the sequence of actions. To begin with, prepare the foundation. It is necessary to remove all rubbish, seal pits and cracks with special repair composition on cement-sandy basis or mastic. Then it is necessary to prime the surface with bitumen-gasoline solution (1: 3) or primer. It must completely dry out. After that you can start fitting. The rolls are unfolded and laid out on the base to estimate the desired volume for styling. If necessary, you can cut the material with a roofing knife. Then it is rolled back into rolls. For melting, the technoelast and base are heated evenly and simultaneously. The roll is gradually rolled out, and the web is pressed against the surface. It is overlapped (80-100 mm).

Technoelast EPP is very high quality andmodern material. It has excellent technical characteristics and is relatively cheap. Of course, its price is somewhat higher than that of conventional counterparts, however, this material is very economical, which results in greater benefits.
