Every country of the world has its owncurfew in the summer, after which minor children can no longer freely walk around the city without parents. In today's article we will tell why it is needed, and from what age you can forget about this strict prohibition.
Curfew in the summer is most often calledforbidden time. It exists in order to protect the inhabitants of a certain city and reduce the level of crime and the number of victims. Usually, the curfew is obliged to obey, above all, minor children who (for their own safety, are not allowed to appear on the streets after a set time). However, curfews may also extend to the general population, that is, adults, if the situation requires. Typically, such situations are the introduction of a state of emergency and a wartime regime, when it becomes very dangerous to be at night on the street. The observance of the curfew rules is monitored by special police units and military patrols that bypass the city during the daytime and at night. If we talk about Russia, then the curfew in the summer comes at 23:00 Moscow time, and in the winter - at 22:00. After this time comes, if the police notice a teenager on the street, his parents face a fairly large fine for non-compliance with the existing law.
However, not all citizens of the RussianFederations are aware of the law about the curfew, many do not even have an idea of what exactly it is about. That is why very often minor children (teenagers) become victims of all sorts of crimes, robberies and violence. In order to protect loved ones from such troubles, every citizen needs to know the children of what age (namely, up to how many years) the curfew extends, and after what time they cannot go outside. First of all, this law must be studied by parents of minor children, since they are responsible for the fate and well-being of their child. In case of violation of the law, law enforcement officers will be the first to ask them. Next, we will familiarize ourselves with this law and describe its essence.
The law of the Russian Federation “On measures toprevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency ”was officially adopted and published in all newspapers on May 20, 2008. According to him, children under 7 years old are strictly forbidden to be in the dark on the street without their parents. This is especially true of places such as clubs, sports and beer bars, as well as other entertainment venues. Children under the age of 14 are allowed to stay on the street without adults until 10:00 Moscow time.
This is what happens? If the child is 13.5 years, he is obliged to comply with the curfew. From 14 years old - walk where and when you want? After the release of the mentioned law, many parents began to write to law enforcement agencies (and on forums) that 14 years old is absolutely not the age at which a child can walk around the streets at night. However, amendments to this law have not been made. If we talk about the current situation, the summer curfew has lost all meaning, because this is the time of year when all children want to stay on the street as long as possible. What will happen next - time will tell.
