OJSC "Arzamas instrument-making plant namedPlandina ”is a city-forming enterprise, on whose work the well-being of the hundred thousandth city of Arzamas depends. It produces hardware components and devices for the aviation industry, the space industry, civilian use.
Description
For 60 years, ArzamasThe instrument-making plant develops advanced technologies, progressive methods of work in the commodity market, new types of products, systematically develops production. APZ retains leading positions in the production of equipment, instruments and systems for air defense systems and the aviation industry, medical equipment, energy metering devices, safety devices for road-building machines, parts for the automotive industry, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Продукция предприятия широко известна в Russian Federation and abroad. Arzamas Instrument-Making OJSC is developing dynamically, there is a constant reorganization of its divisions, new specialized production facilities are being created, which allows increasing volumes and expanding the product range.
В духе лучших традиций активно работает youth organization - Council of Working Youth. A special pride of the plant is the labor collective. The life and work of thousands of Arzamas are inextricably linked with the instrument-making plant, where whole dynasties work. Preserved and strengthened social facilities:
- Dispensary "Morozovsky".
- House of Culture "Rhythm".
- Club of Physical Education "Banner".
- Black Sea recreation.
Production start
The first products for aviation Arzamasinstrument plant began to produce in 1958. First mastered the release of the joint connector of the pilot's seat in the plane (ORK-2). Following began the production of sensors of angular velocity. The company was actually the leader in this industry, and at many of the factories of the USSR, the famous Plandinsky ICs were known. Since 1962, the company begins to manufacture sophisticated instruments for the aviation industry.
As the factory grew, accuracy increased.manufactured devices. The linear acceleration sensors (DLU), three-degree gyroscopy were mastered, onboard complexes began to be manufactured using sensors of their own manufacture. Signaling devices of icing produced by APZ were installed on almost all aircraft.
Instruments for the aerospace industry
Now Arzamas Instrument-Making PlantThe name of P.I.Pladdin produces more than one hundred types of products of the aviation industry: angular and linear acceleration sensors, DUS, free gyros, gyrostabilizers, icing alarms, various types of actuator drives, dynamically tuned gyros, control panels, feedback sensors, control systems, onboard calculators.
Angular velocity sensors are available as directmeasurements (DUSTU, DUSU), and more accurate, compensation type (DUSVCH, DUS300T). The linear acceleration sensors DOLUCH are used in automatic control systems of the aircraft in many airplanes. Due to its ease of use, small-sized DLUMM sensors and high-frequency sensors of DOLUCH are used not only in aircraft, but also in construction, road engineering and railway transport.
Gyro Production
The highlight of the enterprise is gyroscopy.Free three-stage gyroscopes are made for their own needs (they are used in factory-produced control systems and stand-alone liquidation systems), but recently GSI-T, specially designed as a telemetry device, has become very popular with flight tests.
In the 80s, the Arzamas Instrument-Making Plant made a jump in the production of gyro-instruments, launching the production of inertial navigation systems:
- DUS-300T - for medium with a random drift of 18 degrees / hour.
- High-precision GVK-6 with a random drift of 0.03 degrees / hour.
- GVK-6 - it became the first dynamically tuned gyroscope (DNG).
Modernization
Over the past years thanks to the accepted leadershipenterprises of the program of technical re-equipment carried out large-scale re-equipment of the machine park. The plant uses a large number of processing centers of global manufacturers.
Thanks to the equipping of scientific unitsmodern computers and software tools Arzamask instrument-making plant named after Plandin was able to proceed to the independent development of gyro. The development of DNPHP-3001 has been completed, which, thanks to the patent-protected solution, with a small size and a range of 300 degrees / sec has a random drift “from launch to launch” 5 degrees / hour. The modernization of DUS300T was carried out, which made it possible to reduce the availability time to 4 seconds while reducing the sensitivity threshold. At the same time, the device retained such an advantage of the float gyro as high mechanical strength.
A new activity of the plant has becomedevelopment of a micromechanical accelerometer, which should replace the traditional mechanical. At present, the idea of a solid-state wave gyro is undergoing a rebirth, and the expansion of a number of dynamically tuned gyros continues. All this will make it possible to update a number of special-purpose products for the aviation industry produced by JSC APZ.
Devices for anti-aircraft missile systems
In 1965, the Arzamas Instrument-Making Plantmastered the release of the first stabilization system of the rocket relative to the center of mass. In the late 70s, the release of an integrated cruise missile control and navigation complex was mastered. And the gyroscopes, inertial navigation system and on-board computer were made on their own. This entailed the development of precision machining, a workshop of printed circuit boards, assembly production and the formation of highly skilled scientific, technical and production personnel. Until now, control systems for air defense systems and targets remain one of the main types of products of the enterprise.
These systems have the highest technical levelcreated on the most modern elemental base, using sensor equipment of its own production, including its own developments. The company also completes manufactured drive control systems, and some gyrostabilizers.
Devices for space
Since the end of the 60s, Arzamas Instrument-Makingplant "for launch vehicles of various types produces actuators. They control the space jet engines. The design developed half a century ago turned out to be extremely successful: the IM-25 and IM-16 will be placed on promising starships of future generations.
Only in 2009, the BDG-6, a block of damping gyroscopes designed a decade ago, was removed from production. It is replaced by a more modern BDG-36, designed for the "Angara" and "Zenith".
