The mechanism of work
USDG is a combined study that combinesstandard ultrasound procedure and Doppler effect and allows you to view both the state of the vessels and the nature of the movement of blood through them. Ultrasound angiography is carried out by means of sound waves penetrating to a certain depth of the patient's body. This procedure is absolutely painless. Inaudible sounds of the human ear are emitted and captured by a special sensor. When reflected from the vascular wall, the information is converted by a computer into a black and white two-dimensional image. Doppler reflects moving objects (red blood cells) on the screen in the form of a color picture. When imposing them on each other, a picture of the USDG is obtained.
Preliminary preparation and safety research
With the help of USDG it is possible to determine the state andthe nature of the blood flow in the vessels of absolutely any caliber - from large veins and arteries to the smallest capillaries. This method of examination refers to non-invasive procedures. For the study there is no need to violate the integrity of body structures (for example, as in laparoscopy, when a puncture is made to access the laparoscope, or a contrast study using X-rays, when it is necessary to introduce a specific substance into the lumen of the vessel). This characteristic makes the USDDG as convenient as possible for both the patient and the doctor (there is no need for complex manipulations).
Before the study there is no need for specialpreparation - the procedure process resembles the usual ultrasound. The patient must take a comfortable position on the couch and expose the area under study. On carrying out USDG is given from 20 minutes to 1 hour.

- Blood pressure jumps. This method is informative as in hypertensive crises, and in collaptoid states.

- Angina pain, feeling of lack of air, swelling - all these signs of a violation of the cardiovascular system. They are direct indications for ultrasound angiography.
