"Probifor" is a powder that is alive bifidobacteria. The drug is taken orally and can have a light gray or dark gray color with small black impregnations of coal. In the appearance of the powder, impregnations of beige color can also be present, the apparatus has a weak sour-milk smell.

The probiophore is prescribed for the treatment of both acute andchronic intestinal infections of viral, bacterial and unidentified etiology. Probi¬for helps in the treatment of foodborne infections. The drug is prescribed for chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract, which are accompanied by a dysbacteriosis. - children under 6 months (twice a day for 1 packet);

- Children from 7 years and adults (twice a day for two or three packages, treatment lasts three to five days).

At an early stage of diarrhea, adults are advised to use probiff twice a day at intervals of one hour. Dosage - from 3 to 6 packets, treatment usually lasts up to three days.

Often, adults and children with functionalintestinal disorders and chronic pathology of the gastrointestinal tract are also prescribed probiophore. The instruction recommends the use of the drug in the following doses:

- 3 packages each evening for five to fifteen days for adults and children;

- twice a day for 2 packages for five to fifteen days for adults.

Patients with chronic intestinal infection or dysbacteriosis, as well as patients with skin diseases are prescribed:

- twice a day for 1 package for children under three years;

- three times a day for 1 package for children from three to seven years;

- twice a day for 2-3 packets of children after seven years and adults.

All treatment lasts seven to ten days.

Adults and children with acute respiratory-viral infections and influenza are advised to take the probiophore three times a day for 1 packet for 2 days.

To reduce postoperative complications, the probiphor is prescribed to the surgical patient and sometimes to pregnant women three times a day for 1 packet for two to three days before the operation and after the operation.
