Closed Joint-Stock Company Atlantits history since one thousand nine hundred and fifty-ninth year, when it was decided by the government to establish an enterprise for the production of refrigerators on the basis of a plant that produced gas equipment. Until this time in Belarus, such household appliances were not produced.
The first Minsk-1 refrigerator was released in a thousandnine hundred and sixty second year. After that, for the first time in the USSR, a two-chamber model of household appliances was developed and the production of freezers was started.
