Ivica Olic was born on September 14 in 1979 incity of Davor (Socialist Republic of Croatia). Since childhood he began to get involved in football. At the age of six, his parents took him to the football section. Until 1996, he played in such youth clubs as "Poshavak Davor" and "Marsonia." In the professional league made his debut in the club "Marsonia" in 1996.
