Therefore, one should consider how this communication happens, what are its features.
Note that verbal contact includes several actors, each of whom may have several positions in it:
1. Listening. The person who perceives what is said, heard.
2. Talking. Person, pronouncing replicas.
3. Reading. Here the individual appears in two ways at once: the person, reading the sentences, listens to them, and at the same time pronounces them to himself.
4. Writing. A person who writes replicas on paper or other storage media. He performs three roles: listening, speaking and reflecting.
5. Reflective. In this role, the individual appears when he has a certain conversation with his inner “I”. In this case, he speaks and listens at the same time.

Remember that as soon as a speech is spoken, it becomes oral. Verbal communication easily becomes oral, one has only to read the text out loud. Because the borders here are very thin.
However, very often in the process of communicationThere are some difficulties that prevent understanding and perception of information. Therefore, the concept of so-called communicative barriers arose. They may be as follows:
1. Phonetic. It occurs as a result of the presence of speech defects in the speaker (diction, accent, intonation features).
2. Logical, which certainly appears if the interlocutors have different types of thinking. An example is the level of development of intelligence.
3Verbal communication can be difficult due to the semantic barrier. It occurs between people belonging to different cultures and nations. The essence of the obstacle is that the same words have a different meaning.
4. Stylistic.It is inevitable when the message structure is broken. To prevent this, you need to strictly follow the procedure for sending a message: to draw attention to it, to generate interest, to indicate the main provisions, to discuss and to allow the interlocutor to draw a conclusion.
Verbal communication is based on four communicative levels:
1. Intuitive. A person, having heard the information from afar, understands what is being said, and also feels the reason or the purpose of the work of the utterance.
2. Ethical. Signals of his intonation, facial expressions, gestures and glance.
3. Logical, which is a clear and structured exchange of information.
4. Physical, the signals of which are touches. This is possible only when the distance between the interlocutors is insignificant.
