The Tea Houses complex is 2.5 kilometers away. Around the hotel there are a large number of cafes and restaurants where you can eat tasty food for any amount.
Here is another short list of entertainment located within a radius of five kilometers from the hotel:
- Central and Wild beaches of Dagomys;
- Aquapark water park;
- Fazaton beach (Mamayaka);
- city beach "Little Mermaid" (Mamayaka).
The hotel "South" can relax as one, and the whole family. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is until 12pm.
Rooms hotel
There are 26 rooms in total at the Yuzhny Hotel.Therefore, do not worry about the fact that there will be a lot of people. Each room is made in bright colors and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living and good rest. On single and double beds are orthopedic mattresses and hypo-allergenic pillows. A set of furniture is standard: bedside tables, wardrobe. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. There is also a tea set.
You can adjust the room temperature atair conditioner. The bathroom is made in the same color as the whole room. In some rooms, instead of a full bath, a shower is provided.
Prices for hotel accommodation
Prices for rooms here start from 1500 rubles.For this money you will be accommodated in a budget room with one double or two single beds. The cost of living in a double room with one or two beds of a standard category starts from 2500 rubles. The price of a family room starts from 4500 rubles. Also, the hotel has a special option of accommodation - a studio. This is a room with a separate entrance, and the price for it starts from 3,500 rubles.

Hotel Yuzhny (Dagomys): positive reviews
For a relatively short time that the hotel works, “Yuzhny” managed to receive a lot of guests. That's what they found positive during their stay at the hotel:

- The hotel staff is very responsive and friendly, always ready to help and tell where that is.

Separately, guests mention the average coststay at the hotel "Yuzhny". Naturally, in Dagomys you can find hotels and a bit cheaper, but the level of services provided will be significantly lower than here.
Unpleasant moments
Despite the many positive reviews anda high level of service, the hotel "Yuzhny", according to tourists, still have something to work. In particular, people note the following points, of which, in fairness, not everything is related to the hotel itself:
- Lack of elevator. Not everyone living above the second floor is comfortable to climb stairs. And the hotel has five floors.
- Not everyone is lucky with accommodation, so there are rooms, from where the view is not on the mountains, but on the railway station.
- In some rooms there is noise from passing electric trains.
- Bed linen is changed once a week. I would like more.
- The rooms have poor sound insulation.
- The hotel does not have its own generator, so there may be problems with electricity, which is sometimes turned off in the village.
- The floors in the rooms are tiled, and the hotel does not provide slippers. Therefore it can be cold.
- The hotel has no dining room or cafe. To have lunch and dinner, you need to buy something on your own or go to a restaurant nearby.
- There are no thick curtains in the rooms.
- There is no hairdryer in the bathroom.
- The breakfast menu lacks variety and fresh fruit.
- You can relax in the hotel with children, but there is no provision for a nurse call service or a children's room. Also there is no playground on site.
Despite such seemingly significant remarks and the fact that the hotel has only two stars, many tourists come to Yuzhny more than once. And this suggests that rest here is very good.
Location of the hotel
