The main branches of the economy and their importance in the welfare of the state

Any state, from the highly developed USand ending with the poorest countries of central Africa, has its level of development, which is due to the historical development of civilization and the introduction of new inventions in the main sectors of the country's economy. In the twentieth century, there was a rallying of many leading states into a single trading system, which allowed talking about such a concept as the world economy. Today, each country has its own industries, whose products allow you to conduct foreign economic activities and receive additional profits.

The branch of economy is a set of industriesand enterprises that have a certain commonality of products, satisfied needs and specific technologies. Thus, if a certain product or group of goods accounts for not less than 50% of its output, then the producers can be integrated into a certain industry, which will be accounted for by the system of the KVED (classifier of foreign economic activity).

Modern branches of the economy were separated inseparate economic systems due to the development of productive forces and the social division of labor. Numerous needs in the economy in its high development contributed to its division into structures containing many links and subsystems. Thanks to the introduction of the achievements of scientific and technological progress, the living conditions of people have improved qualitatively, which also influenced the industry specificity of many industries. At the same time, rapid progress has led to the fact that many branches of the economy do not have time to be transformed, and the products manufactured quickly become obsolete. This is the main problem in the development of the economic system, which should clearly monitor all innovations and react promptly to changes that occur in the world.

It should be noted that in the world systemthere is a so-called golden rule of the economy, which is that any production in the economy should bring the maximum possible profit. Thanks to this postulate, we see all the development that is happening in the world today. If advertising is the engine of trade, profit is the goal around which the entire world economic system revolves.

Thus, all branches of the economy in our country have a certain classification, and the entire production and economic complex of the economic system can be divided into the following types:

  1. Regional complexes - division by territorial affiliation;
  2. Territorially - production (TPK) - distributed in accordance with the specialization.
  3. Social and industrial complexes - a city, a district.
  4. Industrial hubs are enterprises that have production in a certain limited area.

In addition, all sectors of the economy are divided into certain functional complexes, which include the following:

- fuel and energy: fuel industry, electric power industry, metallurgy, petrochemical and chemical industries, woodworking, engineering and so on.

- agro-industrial: crop production, animal husbandry;

- light industry: sewing, textile, shoe, fur;

- food industry: canning, meat, oil and fat, confectionery macaroni, brewing, fish, sugar, salt and wine-making.

Summarizing the above, followsto say that the economic system of the country plays a very important role in the system of its development, determining its directions and priorities. Finally, it should be noted that the economy of any state is in constant development, the speed of which determines the level of technological progress in the country and the level of well-being of citizens in general. That is why the development of its economic system, each state should give paramount attention.
