Project of Kaluga Industrial Park
Initiators of construction and developmentindustrial park "Vorsino" became the government of the Kaluga region. This project is directly supervised by the Ministry of Economic Development with the active support of the Kaluga Region Development Corporation.

All the land under the park is owned by the Industrial Park Vorsino Limited Liability Company. The plots have the status of industrial land.

At the moment, new businesses canaccommodate on an area of 325 hectares. Here it is possible and low-rise construction. In total, 39 agreements have been concluded with investors. Investments amounted to almost 98 billion rubles. In less than 10 years of existence of the Vorsino industrial park, more than 6,000 new jobs have been created in the Kaluga region.
Over the entire period of the park's existence, investors transferred over 60 billion rubles to the regional treasury.
Logistics advantages
