Parents of the guy, like all Soviet citizens, worked hard to rebuild their country. From an early age, they taught their son that only through work can a person achieve a bright future.

Day after day, he was looking for more and more new ways of marketing, until the turnover of production doubled. And then he turned the profits entirely on the modernization of equipment, which subsequently brought Lebedyansky plant to the all-Union foremost workers.
Dashing 90s
Bortsov Nikolai Ivanovich remained director of JSC"Lebedyan" even after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The change of power was badly reflected in its production. And all because the state ordered him to send a large batch of juice to the Far North, while completely forgetting about the prepayment.

Moreover, in the future, his skillful rule allowed him to significantly expand production and achieve a leading position in the Russian market.
