Childhood
The biography of the pop rock band soloist beginsin Ukraine. It was here on the fourteenth of June 1988 that Anton Savlepov was born. The place of his birth was the small village Kovsharovka, located in the Kharkov region. Since childhood, the boy showed interest in creativity. No one could have imagined that his passion for music and dance would grow into something more. Since childhood, Anton loves bright shows. His idol is Michael Jackson. It was the clips of the King of Pop that revealed all facets of dance and songs in front of the Ukrainian lad.
Way to ballet
At the age of sixteen Anton Savlepovfalls on breakdance festival. There, among a huge number of people, he unmistakably distinguishes a person who will later become his real and closest friend, Nikita Goryuk. Two ambitious and talented guys quickly became friends - and after a while Anton comes to visit his friend in Kiev. This city was so pleased with Savlepov that he, without hesitation, moved to the capital of Ukraine for permanent residence. In Kiev, a young man enters a prestigious educational institution called Kiev National University of Culture and Art (KNUKI). As a future profession, he chooses the specialty choreographer. However, he was not destined to become a dance teacher. Anton Savlepov studied at the school for only a year. In 2006, extraordinary data of a talented young man was noticed by producer and former break dancer Yuri Bardash. He invites Anton to become a member of the novice ballet band Quest. It was here that the formation of a vibrant musical group began.
The first triumphant performance
April 1, 2007 for the first time in publicdelivered by the Quest Pistols team. Anton Savlepov, Nikita Goryuk and Konstantin Borovsky - three Ukrainian guys - decided to try their hand at the television talent contest "Chance". Initially, the ballet trio appeared on the stage only with dance numbers. However, this time the audience was in for a surprise. So say, April Fool's joke. They started singing.
The trio appeared before the jury and the audience withcover song "I'm tired" on the song of the famous band Shocking Blue - Long and lonesome road. The image that young people skillfully applied was completely new on the Ukrainian stage. If you add to it a breathtaking performance, it turns out to be a “mixture”, which you cannot resist. The composition became a real hit: the audience enthusiastically voted for the newly minted stars, and the television was ready to explode from the excitement around the sparkling song. Sixty thousand spectators supported the young team. This first performance immediately made the Quest Pistols famous.
Runway
The debut video was released in June of the same year.And immediately got into the rotation on many music channels. Scandalous and eccentric guys, singing antiglamor, quickly gained popularity not only in Ukraine but also in other countries. Quest Pistols have participated in many music festivals in Europe. In particular, in Belgium, they grandly spoke in support of a healthy lifestyle. It is noteworthy that all team members are vegetarians.
At the end of November 2007, the group presented itsthe first album is called “For you”. In May 2008, this disc reached Russia. The number of sales exceeded all reasonable expectations - and the debut album was recognized as “gold”.
Achievements
In 2008, Anton Savlepov and Quest Pistols receive the first award. At the prestigious annual MTV Ukranian Music Awards they receive a prize in the nomination "Debut of the Year."
This is followed by new compositions and new achievements.The author of most of the songs of the group is Isolde Chetkh. However, the work of Nikolai Voronov is added to her work. It was he who became the author of the popular song “The White Dragonfly of Love”, which in the cover version became the collective's single. This and two more songs (“He's Near” and “The Cell”) were included in the second album Quest Pistols.
Care and return
В 2011 году группу поджидали испытания.Anton Savlepov declares his retirement. The personal life of a young man was not the cause of this act. As stated by the soloist, he needs a sabbatical. However, the parting of the musician with the team was short. A few months later, Anton returned to the group, which he considered to be his family.
In addition to his musical career, Savlepov is also involved in cinema. In small cameo roles he has appeared in several projects: “The Wedding of the Exchange”, “Like the Cossacks”, “Great Difference”.
