Tsoy is an idol for several generations.Even people born much later than his death know who Choi is, and sing his songs. The second such personality Russian culture did not give birth, perhaps, since the time of Vysotsky. The proof is that the Bogoslovskoe cemetery in St. Petersburg, where Viktor Tsoi is buried, is still in fact a Mecca for admirers of his work.
Mysterious death
Death Tsoi still remains a mystery in many ways.None of those who knew him, do not agree with the official version of the death of the national idol. First of all, because he drove quite well, and although he liked to get up, he still had considerable experience not to get into an accident due to his inability to turn the steering wheel. The idea that Choi fell asleep at the wheel, from the point of view of relatives - friends and relatives - does not deserve even consideration. Up to the river, where he went to fish, it was only about 15 minutes, and this is not the time for which attention will be dispersed, and not such a distance that a well-rested person was tired.
Some people are inclined to think that the accident waswas adjusted - too many people disliked Tsoi's personality. In the cemetery where Tsoi was buried, this idea is still vividly discussed. However, some relatives and friends doubt this version.
But all these riddles (if they will be solved) will become the topic of completely different articles.
About where Tsoi was buried, it is known, perhaps, notonly to any person in Russia, but, probably, to half (at least) of the rest of the civilized world. The grave of the singer is still a place of pilgrimage for many thousands of people who often heard his songs for the first time after his funeral. We will not touch upon the sad subject of suicides, which are linked both by their participants and commentators with the death of the person who became an idol. It is not necessary, probably, to mention the people who carry the guard where Tsoi is buried. Although it seems to us that both their feelings and the creativity of the singer are worthy of respect and understanding (apart from suicides - Choi too loved life and would hardly approve of her unauthorized interruption).
In 1990, the requiems for the Theological Cemetery were notwas, even civil. Instead of it, an exposition was created on the wall from posters, amateur (and sometimes professional) drawings, verse dedications, flags, badges - the most diverse manifestations of human memory. And in Moscow, where there was no access to the place where Tsoi was buried, a wall appeared in the likeness of the crying wall in Jerusalem. It still exists in Krivoarbatsky Lane.
And even if you first came to St. Petersburg, butyou want to visit the grave of the leader of the "Cinema" group, it is not necessary to carefully determine where Tsoi was buried. It is enough to find the way to the Bogoslovsky cemetery. The necessary tomb is located on the alley parallel to the central one. In principle, only a blind man can pass by - after almost fifteen years the last "house" of Victor Tsoi is still in flowers, and next to it is a lamp or a candle burning. Well, if you are completely confused, the cemetery inspector will be happy to tell you where to go to see the last shelter of "a star named Sun".
