Preparation

Then with hot glue it is necessary to glue the forks uniformly around the circumference, and so that their ends with denticles are as close as possible to each other. Begin to decorate
For decor, first take a strip of gentlelaces 2-3 cm wide and passing them between the teeth (one or two), fill the entire outer part of the circle, not forgetting to permanently fix it on the forks with glue. Next we cover the cardboard with ribbons: glue strips on it and cut off the excess so that everything is neat and the paper itself is not visible. This is the advantage of the cardboard for the manufacture of the fan, because you really can not attach anything to the disk: it is too smooth and slippery. You can also simply glue a semicircle of colored paper onto the base: it's your business, anyway we will decorate it over the top.
The final stage
Now we cut out the other small lacedecor elements: flowers, leaves - anything. Also, if you can, you can make roses out of ribbons or just small bows, because the fan of disposable forks is entirely at the mercy of your creative imagination. All this must be glued on the periphery, on the "head" of the plug, that is, the part between the teeth and the handle. Also, if you wish to fill the remaining space, you can pass colored ribbons or laces between the forks, similar to the first stage of the decor, from the center to the edge of the circle, thus hiding the original material from your eyes. It will be very nice if you attach a bow of wide ribbon to the very center (cardboard), leaving its ends long or making larger roses and bows for it.
