There are two main ways of reproductionbilberries: seed and vegetative. At the same time, horticulturists should be aware that the viburnum "buldenezh", the reproduction of which is produced by seeding, does not inherit all the qualities of its variety. It is best to choose a vegetative method, which is more possible for realization in your own garden. To do this, you need to hoe the shoots, to separate bushes with special layers of horizontal and vertical type. Kalina "buldenezh" propagation cuttings also well tolerates. Uterine bushes undergo hilling once every 2-10 years in the autumn and spring period. It is required to soil the soil near the bush to eight centimeters. The next summer usually sprouts from three to six young shoots. The subsequent hilling should be done after they grow up to about twenty to twenty-five centimeters.

After about thirty days, rooting of the cuttings can be observed, by the first month of autumn the seedlings will already rise above the ground high enough and they can be transplanted. The advantage of this method is the absence of a hot period during the rooting of the plant, which falls on the first or second month of spring, so there is no need to create an artificial shadow.
A more complex method for the viburnum "buldenezh" -reproduction with the help of green cuttings, since in this case additional stimulation of growth of the root system will be necessary. As a rule, the period of root strengthening in the earth falls just on the summer hot and droughty period, which is not always beneficial for the result. Usually under such unfavorable conditions the cuttings grow poorly, so the period of growth is extended by as much as three months. At the same time, you can try to grow and root green cuttings in quantities of up to five, using a plain flower pot under a jar (glass) turned upside down. To prepare the substrate, sand and peat are used in equal quantities.
It should be noted that the viburnum "bulden",the propagation by cuttings for which was chosen as the only way, grows quite full and lush with the proper organization of the care of it. In case of dilution with green cuttings, they should be prepared till the middle of June, the leaves located below are to be removed, the top two leaves should be cut by two thirds to avoid wilting the remaining leaves. Bound cuttings should be placed in a special solution (heteroauxin) to a depth of three centimeters. After that you need to stand for about 20 hours, take them out and transplant them into a pot (depth - 2 cm), then cover with a jar, put on a window sill and constantly moisturize.
