4. Inside the pit a formwork is installed, in the center of which the pillar is placed. Here it is advisable to work together to successfully establish a pillar.
5. Next, a conventional solution of cement is prepared andsand ratio of 2: 3. The resulting mixture pours the entire space between the support and the formwork. If you need to get a more stable mixture, then you can add rubble. Then the proportions will be 2: 2: 3.

Continuation of work

After the pillars have been concreted, the work stops until the solution is completely dry.

4. On the diagonal a steel rod is welded through the whole frame. This is done to increase the strength of the gate.
5. After that, the "ears" are welded to the frame, naturally, in accordance with the loops on the poles. Some help will be needed here so that someone keeps the shutters while the other is doing the markup.

End of installation

After completing all of the above steps, the installation is almost complete.

1. From the top and bottom of the frame are welded corners of steel. This should be done at a slight distance from the side elements (20-30 cm).
