The correct mode of the school day, its justification and strict observance

Preparing for the first of September, parents take care ofthat the child has a beautiful school uniform and supplies for studying good quality. And, as a rule, do not think about planning in advance the regime of the day for the period of study.

The mode of the school day consists in the rational distribution of the time of day for the phases of activity, rest and sleep, taking into account the biological rhythms of the growing organism.

Parents are required to organize the correct treatmentday for the student to ensure the best conditions for both his work and leisure. From this directly depends on his health, physical development, school performance.

The discipline of the day, organized correctly,is built on the basis of strict alternation of its elements (morning lifting, eating, preparing homework, etc.). When they are performed in a certain order, every day at the same time period, the central nervous system forms connections facilitating the transition from element to element, spending a minimum of energy on them.

Making up the mode of the student's day, it is necessarytake into account its age characteristics, in the first place - the nervous system. After all, a simple load for students of middle and older age will be prohibitive for schoolchildren.

Every morning a child-pupil must begincharging, driving away the remnants of sleepiness and giving a charge of vivacity for a day. The main activity of children of school age is study. An important point is the involvement of children in physical work (school workshop, classes in mugs, assistance in household management, work in the garden and vegetable garden, etc.).

Preparation of homework takes the youngerschoolchildren from one and a half to two hours, middle-class students spend two to three hours on this, and senior students need three to four hours. It is not recommended to do homework right after returning from school. The break between school and home classes should be at least two and a half hours, and most of the time should be spent on walking and playing in the air. Students of the first shift should prepare homework assignments no earlier than 16-17 hours. And the regime of the day of the schoolchild of the second shift provides for the beginning of homework from 8 - 8.30 in the morning. After their performance - walk in the air. And the parents of these schoolchildren should ensure that homework is not performed by them in the evening, after coming from school.

Performing tasks at home, it is desirable to doa ten minute break every 40-45 minutes and ventilate the room. For homework, the student should be provided with a relaxed environment.

The mode of the school day is also provided fortime for activities on interests (drawing, reading, music, construction) - from one hour for junior schoolchildren to two and a half hours for seniors. Schoolchildren are also required to be involved in affordable domestic work.

Compliance with school mealsstrictly defined time contributes to the development of a conditioned reflex, causing appetite, and better absorption of nutrients, and also becomes a guarantee of health.

The regime of the school day ends with evening hygienic procedures, which takes 30 minutes. During this period, the pupil must also bring his shoes and uniform to the proper look.

The time of night sleep of a child isapproximately 10 hours. It is very important to go to bed and go up in the same time period. Schoolchildren must go to bed no later than 21.00, and the elder - at 22.00 - 22.30. Students of both the first and second shift must rise in the morning at seven o'clock.
