9. Remove the housing along with the shaft.

Removing the caps

Assembly and adjustment of the timing mechanism

1. Install the yoke.
2. Mount the camshaft with the cover on the studs of the engine head.
3. Try to tighten the nuts on the camshaft cover evenly, control the torque using a torque wrench.

5. Remove the wire that secured the chain to the sprocket, install the camshaft. Try not to change the location of links.
6. Install the washer and tighten the bolt that produced the camshaft sprocket. Bend the petals of the washer so that the bolt does not roll.

Now you need to unscrew the nut to tightenchain. Turn the crankshaft and tighten the tensioner nut. Check whether the chain is correctly installed, check the marks on the engine block, crankshaft and camshaft sprockets.
