In particular, according to official information, the power of hybrid engines from McLaren P1 and Ferrari LaFerrari was 916 and 963 horsepower, respectively.

In this case, priority is given to the maximum reduction in fuel consumption. The third program is called "Sport Hybrid". Its peculiarity lies in the fact that the gasoline engine is constantly activated, while electrical installations are connected only to ensure better dynamics. In the next version of the movement ("Race Hybrid"), an internal combustion engine is also used on an ongoing basis. At the same time, the system does not support a constant charge in two electrical installations, which, when accelerating a car, give out all their power. The “Hot Lap” mode is the most extreme of all. In its application, all the resources and potential that the Porsche 918 model has are maximized.
An interesting feature of the novelty is that itsactive aerodynamics behaves differently, depending on the driving mode used. At the same time, the car systems are set up in such a way that an increase in downforce at high speeds and a decrease in drag level at low speeds are ensured.
