- Children from three months to two years of age need to take 125 mg of amoxicillin twice daily.
- If a child is two to seven years old, then he needs to take 125 mg of amoxicillin three times a day.
- Children, age from 7 to 12 years, take 250 mg of medication three times a day.
- Children with age over 12 years are allowed to take 500 mg three times a day.
