The list of items of the cadastral plan
The first section of the document contains dataa specific land plot, as well as general information that is provided in text form. It also indicates the name of the authority responsible for land registration, the date of registration, the registration number assigned to the cadastral plan, the location, boundaries and area of the site, taking into account the survey, as well as information on ownership and the purpose for which cadastral registration is created. The second section displays schematic or graphic borders of real estate. The next paragraph contains a description of the boundaries of the object and adjacent areas. In the fourth section, textual information about the parts of a particular land plot is entered. The fifth and last paragraph schematically shows the boundaries of an individual part of the property.
What is the cadastral registration?
This procedure allows you to fix the factappearance of the new object. The cadastral plan of the house describes its main characteristics for subsequent identification. In some cases, such actions are necessary for registration of ownership of the property. In addition, the house must have a cadastral passport, which is an extract from the Unified State Register, which contains the name, purpose, address, number of floors, boundaries of the adjacent land plot and, of course, the cadastral number of the object.

The cadastral plan of the apartment isa document in which floor diagrams are drawn up, the parameters of the room and its necessary description are indicated. In addition, information is provided on redevelopment, if any. The cadastral plan for an apartment is available only in the Bureau of Technical Inventory. It should be noted that the terms of the cadastral passport for housing are unlimited, however, some organizations, insurance companies and banks that provide mortgage loans may require to update this document if more than five years have passed since its receipt.
In the modern world, real estate transactions are notcarried out without providing a complete list of documents confirming the existence of the object and the ownership of it. The cadastral plan is an important element, without which the sale procedure is simply impossible.
