Vitaly Portnikov: biography of young years
The future journalist was born in the heart of Ukraine,in the glorious city of Kiev. It happened on May 14, 1967. His parents were Edward Petrovich and Clara Abramovna. Vitaly's father worked as a director at a local fabric store, and his mother was a qualified lawyer.
Vitaliy Portnikov began his training in Kievschool number 53, but due to circumstances, he soon transferred to another educational institution at number 41. It was during his school years that Viktor realized that he wanted to link his life with the writing profession.
