Rights

- Require the accompanying documentation for the cargo from the senders.
- Use invoices and other documentation as evidence for the presence of transport rights.
- Ask for reimbursement of expenses from the recipient, if during the transportation of the goods he had to spend his own money.
In the event that the consignee violates the subject of the contract, the freighter may retain the goods or at all sell it at the auction.
The charterer's liability does not includepayment of various costs associated with the movement of transport. All rights and obligations must be strictly observed from the moment of conclusion of the contract and before the transfer of the goods to the recipient.
