History of the theater
Eight-time winner of the Golden Mask Awardwinner and diploma winner of various festivals and competitions - all this is a theater of musical comedy (Novosibirsk). The history of its existence dates back to 1959, when it was founded. Theater actors every year take an active part in various competitions and festivals. Novosibirsk muzkom creates new modern projects and at the same time preserves and develops the best classical traditions. The Novosibirsk Theater of Musical Comedy is the organizer of the festival “Other Shores”. Various productions that have been created in the last few years take part in it. These are new original compositions in the field of musical theater. In 2010, the State Conservatory and the Theater of Musical Comedy (Novosibirsk) created a joint project called "Young Remember." It was dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory. Within the framework of this project, two performances were shown: "At the beginning of May" and "And the Dawns Here are Quiet ...". Performances were shown on the stage of the theater. Together with the actors of the Novosibirsk Musical Comedy, students of the conservatory took part in them.
In 2011, the theater began to actively tourcities of Siberia. The best theatrical figures of our country, the laureates of the Golden Mask Award, People's Artists of Russia, honored artists, and so on are invited to carry out the performances.
Troupe
Theater musical comedy (Novosibirsk) - is 37soloists, ballet, choir and orchestra. Among the actors, three have the title of People's Artist of Russia. These are Ivan Romashko, Alexander Vyskribentsev and Olga Titkova. Five actors were awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia. They are Veronika Grishulenko, Lyudmila Shalyapina, Vera Alfyorova, Marina Akhmedova and Vladimir Valvachev. In addition, there are actors in the troupe who do not yet have the title of People’s or Honored Artist, but they are the laureates of the national prize in the field of theater, the Golden Mask. These are Elizaveta Dorofeyeva, Natalya Danilson, Evgeny Dudnik, Roman Romashov. As well as the winners of the Novosibirsk Paradise Theater Award. These are Svetlana Sklemina, Yana Kovanko, Alexey Shtykov, Anna Frokolo, Marina Kokoreva.
Artistic director
Novosibirsk Theater of Musical Comedy todaylives under the direction of Leonid Mikhailovich Kipnis. He has the title of Honored Artist of Russia. In 1975, Leonid Mikhailovich graduated from drama school in Novosibirsk, acting faculty. After that, he continued his education. In 1981, he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Theater, Music and Cinema at the Faculty of Theater Studies. And in 1986 he studied in graduate school. Simultaneously with his studies at the Faculty of Theater Studies, he worked at the Novosibirsk Philharmonic Society as a reader, and later became its artistic director. Leonid Mikhailovich became the director of the theater of musical comedy in 1995. Thanks to him, the repertoire has become more diverse: there were productions that allow actors to fully unleash all their talents and creative possibilities. Leonid Mikhaylovich is active, purposeful, he develops and improves the theater, which he directs.
In 2008, L. Kipins was awarded the title of "Man of Culture in Business" at the annual inter-regional competition.
