Put the berries in a saucepan, knead them with tolks (preferably wooden).

The remaining cake in the gauze is put in a container, pour boiling water. Pour the cake with water to a boil, then continue to simmer for about 7 minutes.

In boiling syrup, stirring constantly, a thin trickle to pour semolina, continue to cook, without stopping stirring, another 20 minutes. You will get semolina porridge without lumps.
Pan with porridge to remove from heat, pour in it previously squeezed cranberry juice, beat up with a mixer until a light pink homogeneous air mass.
Dilute the dessert portionwise, put in the refrigerator to freeze.

Mousse: apple juice and semolina
Mousse with a manga, the recipe of which is proposed below, is prepared on the basis of apple juice. This dessert was extremely popular in Estonia during Soviet times.
To cook mousse from a mango with apple juice is very simple, and its taste reminds an ice cream. It's hard to guess that there is semolina in the dessert.
The following products are required for preparation:
- semolina - 1 glass;
- juice (apple) - 1.5 liters;
- milk - 1 liter.
Pour the juice into a saucepan, put on a fire,boil. In boiling juice, continuously stirring, pour a semolina with a thin trickle. Continue cooking, without stopping stirring, until cooked (10 minutes or 15 minutes).
Remove the pan from the heat, completely cool the porridge. Then whip the mousse with a mixer. The dessert should turn out to be airy, as if filled with small air bubbles.
Mousse is divided into portions, cooled, served with milk.

From compote and mango you can cook a magnificent dessert, which will appeal to small children and adult uncles and aunts.

Mousse with manga with the addition of chocolate is a real festive dessert that can decorate a table at a children's party or become a worthy end to a Saturday dinner.
For its preparation it is required:
- milk - one liter;
- chocolate - one tile (100 grams);
- croup of semolina - 100 grams;
- granulated sugar - 150 grams;
- sugar vanilla - one packet;
- butter - one tablespoon.
For mousse it is necessary to take necessarily chocolate (no sweet tiles!). It can be anything: milky, bitter ... Choose the one that you love.
Milk warm, put in it pre-broken into pieces chocolate (leave for decoration two boxes). Mix everything. Chocolate should dissolve.
