And it is invariably noted that fried oyster mushroom, harvested before in the wild, is much tastier than that grown in artificial conditions. This amazing mushroom is not for nothing called a diet product. In its taste, fried oyster mushroom surpasses even the well-known champignons. Below are the recipes for its preparation.
Fried oyster mushroom with onions

For cooking you will need 0.5 kg of mushrooms,chopped parsley and dill, 2 onions, pepper, salt and sunflower oil for toasting mushrooms. Since oyster mushrooms are fried, the recipe with photos of which is presented here is a very delicate product, you should not boil them before frying. They should be thoroughly washed to prevent sand and other impurities, dried on a paper towel and cut into strips (1 cm wide). Onions are shredded in half rings and fried in vegetable oil in a pan. Sliced mushrooms are added to browned onions, and they are fried for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Fried oyster mushroom has one feature: with prolonged heat treatment, it becomes “rubber”. That is why during cooking you need to constantly try mushrooms.
At the end of cooking, the oyster mushroom is fried with pepper and salt, and after turning it off, sprinkle with greens. Such mushrooms are not only an excellent side dish, but also a full-fledged independent dish.
Fried Oyster Mushrooms with Salad

Washed and chopped mushrooms must be dried onpaper napkin. In a wide heated pan on 4 tbsp. l Olive oil fry 0.5 kg of oyster mushrooms. On it you should lightly fry the onions, then you need to add oyster mushrooms and a little water to it. Dish with salt and pepper. Stew mushrooms about 0.5 hours. After that, it is filled with sour cream and cook another 10 minutes. Chopped dill is added after removing oyster mushrooms from the heat.
