- large champignons - about 300 grams;

- a mixture of herbs: dill, oregano, basil and others of your choice;
- salt.

Soak wooden sticks in water for 5-6 hours.Mix vegetable oil with dry herbs. Rinse the mushrooms, peel. String them on skewers so that between them there is no free space. Smear mushrooms with herbal oil. Leave some mixture for later lubrication. Salt and place on a wire rack. Mushrooms can be baked in the oven at 180 degrees.
