Sometimes I just want a little exotic, so inone of the next weekend I decided to bake a French pie. I looked through several magazines with culinary recipes, looked through a couple of sites and highlighted a couple of recipes that I will share with you. It turned out that the French are indulging in baking, for some reason I thought that they were more preparing salads, but I was deeply mistaken. They have exquisite pies.

Cheese rubbing on a hard grater, eggs whisk together with salt, combine. Onion finely grind and also combine with cheese mass.
We take the dough out of the fridge, roll out the baking molds, place the dough, leave the skirts. Then evenly distribute the filling and bake a French pie heated oven. We let the cooked pie cool, cut it and serve it to the table. That's how you can bring France closer to yourself.

2) Very tasty are obtained from the French sweetPies. Therefore, I propose a French pie with apples. We need 5 medium sweet and sour apples, 1 lemon, 150 grams of butter, half a glass of milk, a half cup of sugar, a glass of premium flour, 4 eggs and salt.

While our cake is baked, we will fill it.Apples are properly washed, peeled and removed. Cut slices and fry in vegetable oil until a crusty crust appears. We take the cake, quickly put on it fried apple slices and send it back to the oven for 6-7 minutes. Ready-made pie is allowed to cool, cut it into portions, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve as a dessert. Here is such an amazing French pie turned out. Such a pie is not a shame to serve as a dessert or a simple treat.
