  • 250 ml of milk (warm);

  • half a teaspoon of salt and sugar;

  • 1 tablespoon of marjoram and olive oil.

For filling:

  • chicken (breast) in the amount of 400 g;
  • salt, chili;
  • sweet red pepper (dry);
  • 1 PC. Bulgarian pepper;
  • mushrooms weighing 200 g;
  • 2 onions;
  • zucchini (zucchini) weighing about 200 g;
  • oregano and / or marjoram;
  • garlic cloves - a pair of pieces;
  • 250 ml tomato puree;
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese

First you need to knead the dough.Heat milk to 40 degrees. Pour sugar and dry yeast into it. Mix thoroughly with a whisk and place in a warm place for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt and olive oil. Pour the flour. Then gradually pour in the milk with yeast. Knead the dough. Then put it in a warm place, covered with a bag and film. Within 30-40 minutes it should rise.
