The recipe for salmon cooked in the oven is very simple.

one sprig of parsley;
a handful of boiled shrimp;
8-10 boiled mussels;
salt.
Scale, carp gut, wash itand cut into several pieces. Then you need to cut the salmon steak into two or four parts, after removing the skin and removing the bones. Cut half the carrot into slices, cut the other half along. Cut half of the peeled carrots into slices, and cut the other half lengthwise. Onion cut in half and stuffed with cloves. Boil two liters of water in a saucepan, throw vegetables there, boil and salt. Boil until the moment when the circles of carrots become soft. Then you need to remove the circles of carrot from the water and leave the cubes in a saucepan.
Put carp pieces, black pepper andfragrant. Cook the fish for twenty minutes over medium heat. Remove the carp with vegetables from the broth (they are no longer needed) and put the salmon there.
