- several spoons (5-6) of wheat flour;

- a bunch of dill;
- pepper, salt.
Technology of preparation
Divide the fish carcass.Each of the halves of the fillet cut into two parts and roll in flour. Heat a mixture of vegetable and butter in a pan. Put the fish pieces into it and fry for 5 minutes on each side. Dill finely chopped. Pour the cream in the second pan and add the dill. Boil for about 5 minutes, the cream should thicken slightly.
