Put this saucepan on a boiling water bath and, stirring intensely with a wooden spoon or spatula, bring the mixture to a homogeneous state.
Next, without removing the "bath", pour into this mixturewhipped eggs, quickly mix everything and pour a teaspoon of soda. When the whole mass increases 1.5-2 times, add 1.5 cups of flour. All the time we are intensively interfering!
As soon as the dough thickened, it became sticky,remove the top saucepan from the steam, put 3 cups of flour on the table, put our warm brewed dough on it and mix it. It should eventually turn out to be a soft, fatty bun.
All the resulting dough is divided into 6 parts androll them on the diameter of a small plate (the thickness of the cake is not more than 0.5 cm). I will notice that many manage to divide the dough into 8 parts, and roll out the thin cakes, but the oil dough is rather fragile, and I manage to do only 6.
Bakes are baked in the oven at 180 degrees veryquickly, not more than 5 minutes each, and the thinner you roll, the faster you will be baked - it's enough to keep the intensively golden color, not longer, so that your creation does not turn into tasty crackers as a result.
To soak cake "Medovik" very well sourcream. To do this, take 1.5 cups not liquid, but not too thick sour cream and beat it well with a half glass of sugar (but you can take a little less sugar). If the cakes are not overdried, then immediately densely spread them with cream and add one to the other, and if suddenly they did not notice, and some cake turned out to be too dry, I recommend that it be sprinkled with honey water a little so that it absorbs the cream afterwards.
When all the cakes are laid, equalize the uneven edgesknife, and chop the crumb, and this will be our breading for the cake. In layers with a cream it is possible to add the crushed walnuts, and also to strew them with sides and a top of a cake.
