According to tradition, such a special exclamation should be pronounced by the bishop, deacon, priest during ordination or consecration, with the laying of awards of a hierarchical nature, or with the enthronement of all the Patriarchs.
Axios. What does this mean in the Orthodox Church?

There is another exclamation in church practice - anaxios. In Greek, the word translates as "unworthy." And there were such cases when it was used loudly.
