Russian company "Tekhnonikol" is a manufacturer of universal mineral cookers "Technoruf V60". They are widely used both in the construction of civil and industrial facilities due to their high unique qualities.
Technoruf V60: technical specifications and features
The material is a slab sized1200x600 mm with a thickness of 50 or 100 mm. Where is applied "Tehnoruf B60"?
The main purpose of this material isthermal insulation of roofs, both exploited (flat) and unexploited (executed under a slope), as well as other building structures (foundation, bearing walls, floors) made of metal and reinforced concrete. The greatest application was in the development of exploited roofs (because it withstands frequent point loads), where it serves as the top layer of thermal insulation.
In addition, it can also be applied on rooftops without screed. This is due to the fact that the "Technoruf V60" technical characteristics of the indicators:
- compressive strength - not less than 60 kPa at 10% deformation;
- strength to peel layers - at least 15 kPa.
Practicality of the material
In addition to excellent thermal insulation andwater-repellent indicators, "Technoruf V60" insulation technical specifications for noise insulation can be used as a soundproof material. Plates are harmless and environmentally friendly: they are chemically neutral when interacting with building materials and substances contained in the air. All these qualities make it possible to use this material in multi-storey civil buildings, private buildings (cottages, country houses, villas), industrial facilities.
It is able to perform its functions at temperatures from -60 to 400 0C. Slabs of mineral wool "Tehnoruf B60", whose density is 180 kg / m3, have a low specific weight, and are also easily cut and mounted (do not require special equipment), so the installation process takes place in a short time.
