- Prepare the materials.It will take: elastic tape dense structure; two small integral (without a seam) elastic bands used for hair. Prepare the glue to glue the edge of the elastic tape (to prevent the edge from shedding); scissors; needle and strong thread (nylon, preferably). Pliers may be required to pull a needle through several layers of elastic material.
- Grab the edge of a small elastic band with an elastic tape, the edge of which is already dry after sizing. Wrap the edge as shown in the photo (twice).
- Carefully start flashing the bezel,trying to hide the seam, making it invisible. Guide the needle through the internal cavity of the tucked material. Secure the thread securely and hide the end inside the seam.
- Connect one gum to another, as shown in the photo.
- Now try on the bezel and on the spot decide onlength of elastic tape. Add seam allowance and cut. Repeat all operations with the other end of the tape (do not forget to glue it). For this decoration to be well worn, it is important to achieve the exact size. Otherwise, the rubber bands will crawl during wear.
